AI Implementation

AI that does the repetitive work inside the tools you already use. Built for your business, owned by you, and you can see what it did and what it cost.

  • One fixed price

You know the price before we start. We get paid when we do what we promised.

  • Senior engineers only

A senior engineer leads every project. No juniors learning on your time.

  • 90-day warranty

If it breaks in the first 90 days, we fix it free.

Every file, call, and record, in one place your AI can read.

Your documents, your systems, and your call notes are wired into one index. When the AI answers, it shows which record it used.

  • Your documents and data, indexed
  • Your systems connected
  • Every answer cites its source

What we fix.

The problem What happens
Paying for AI, no return

The AI does the task in the background. You see the hours it saved and what it cost, every week.

Copy, paste, re-type

The profile, the quote, or the summary drafts itself from your own records. A person checks it and sends it.

Answers that are made up

It only answers from your documents and data, and shows where each answer came from.

Demos that never ship

We build inside your real systems from week one. Nothing counts until it runs on real work.

Ten places to look

Every file, call, and record is wired to one brain your AI runs on.

FAQ

Do we need to buy new AI tools?

No. We use the models that fit and the systems you already own. If a tool you pay for is not earning its keep, we will say so.

What does it cost?

One fixed price, set after the planning step. It depends on how many tasks we automate and how many systems the AI reads from. You pay at milestones. Model usage is billed to you at cost, and the dashboard shows it every week.

What happens when the AI is wrong?

A person checks every draft before it goes out, and the dashboard shows what it got wrong. If it breaks in the first 90 days, we fix it free.

Is our data safe?

The AI reads only the records we list in the data map, writes only with approval, and never gets the open internet. Your data does not train anyone else's model.

Who owns it?

You do. The code, the prompts, the setup, and the documentation. There is nothing to rent.

How long does it take?

The first workflow is usually live in weeks. You get the timeline with the price in week 1.
